Have I ever told anyone that I really suck at keeping up to date on this thing? You know... personal details and interests, sucks...

So Fable 2 finally hit the store like... last month and I'm creeping my progress through it still. I can't say that my mind is blown but I haven't lost all hope. The game is fun to play but I believe they could have stuck with the old combat system. It was super fluent and easy to use, that is probably the biggest thing I miss.

As for story... it's parallel. I mean, I like Lionhead Studios a little bit but they should consider shutting Peter up for over hyping and experience we've already played with little room for a completely “new” story. But alas, with the bad there is some good. It is still enjoyable to play and I should just man up and finish playing the rest of the story instead of trying to sleep with every girl in Albion... wait what?

I have to admit, I wasn't so stoked about anything so far... Wrath of the Lick King (Why the fuck does my game lag Blizzard?!?!?!), Gears of War 2, etc... etc... but it has been quite and epic end of season for the gaming industry. And I've been throwing around a lot of money for reserves, which kind of sucks but hey! Cold weather soon, what a perfect excuse to stay inside and play games until I can't afford to pay for gas and the heat gets turned off and I finally freeze.

As with all great things the election has happened and Obama won by a land side. To be honest, I was surprised but I felt a little better as the night went on. Personally I'm just waiting for time to pass before I start cracking my mouth off to badly about Mccaine losing and Obama winning and what not, god forbid facebook has been a heated political battleground since the whole thing started and now it's even worse! I will stand firmly with my choice of who I voted for and hope that we do see change, what change entails I have no clue but I have a little faith that things are going to be just fine.

Say no one would like to donate to buy me a new drumset fund eh? Turns out in the past month or two I've busted two very beautiful cymbals. My 20 inch Zildjian A Medium ride that was from the 80's so you know it had beautiful sounds and looked amazing, that is a huge heart ache to me. Also I managed to rail the crap out of my 18 inch K Thin Ride, I admit, I thought it was tougher but I forgot that it was “thin” I guess I should learn not to windmill cymbals. Was hoping to actually get a new set before Christmas entirely, found a Gretsch Club Mod kit for a great price and the sizes I'm looking for but alas... money is tight. Soon though! And new cymbals, I will once again terrorize all of my neighbors.

There is a reason you DO NOT WEAR shorts in a kitchen. I had to relearn this the hard way yesterday.

Taking a pot of boiling potatoes over to the sink was not such a good idea as the handle was so hot that it burned through my towels and cased me to drop the pot on the dish tank causing boiling water to rocket into the air and all over my legs. (Random string of curse words here...)

First degree burns all down my legs and into my shoes... how's that to start off a Saturday service? Needless to say, it sucks hardcore badly and has made walking rather painful as well.

If I manage to get the dressings off I might snap a picture, I'm pretty sure it's rather gnarly right about now... shrug, we'll see if I get around to it.

Wow... been a long ass time, again... I know, I know... I've neglected everyone about Bungie.net. So here's the story, every summer my job gets super busy and I am unable to work and work on Bungie.net like I do during the winter.

I've been so swamped and I am continually having to cover shifts of people that quit that I have actual no real time for Bungie.net in between sleep and well... going to work. So my apologies if you have sent me a message... I have nearly 400 in my inbox right now and can hardly answer any of them. If you have a serious issue that needs dealt with quickly I recommend messaging another mod and if they can't help you and if it's a life or death situation... tell them to buzz me on MSN.

But from now until I move, I'm pretty much inactive besides my occasional trolls and check ups. Yes, yes... I know, everything on Bungie.net is wrong. I get it, a lot of stuff hasn't been taken care of... deal with it for now.

I know I have always pledged to respond to my messages but at this time and point I am so swamped in between moving to Australia (oh yeah... the s40... didn't get so good of reviews from consumer reports) and my actual job that I have hardly any time to play games (GTA 4 still in the box) or even see my friends that I'm about ready to spontaneously combust. The only game that I actually have some time to linger is in World of Warcraft and by linger... I mean spend any free time I have or all night doing what I need to do to play catch up to my guild...

Anyone wanna roll Blood Elf alts somewhere? I need someone to level with so I can actually keep my focus and play to at least 60.

Yeah... so the world at large and all that shit... anyone going to PAX? I'm planning my flight and trip out there and can't wait to actually attend for once. Anyone planning on going or going to the 7^th Column Fan Fest? I'm excited to see what will happen this year and with the return of fan fest.. hopefully there won't be crappy pizza and there will be some mad crazy Halo 3 action...

Please, please, please Halo Wars demo?

I've always been apprehensive about RTS games going to a console... I mean, come on... keyboards and a mouse just scream for absolute control but the more and more I look into Halo Wars the more I get excited about a in depth look into the Halo world. Needless to say I'm going to finally preorder it and hope for the best. I know Command & Conquer has gotten great reviews and I've heard good feedback from friends who play it on the 360... but still... just still, that little part of me holds onto my pc and all the old school RTS games that I used to play that keep me clinging to my dying breed of pc gamers.

I hate to admit that Bungie is ending the Halo universe but hey... at least I can live on in different worlds and the deep lore in which Bungie has presented us with... Let's cross our fingers and pray that this is going to be the sickest RTS to hit a console in... well... forever!

Diablo 3... A WOW killer? Not so much, but I'm waiting to see what Blizzard can cook up. I've been testy with them and have always bitched about WOW but let's pray they can get this right and actually release Starcraft II within the better half of the century...

Well shit bricks... it's been over a month since I've had the chance to say a word. Most recently work has really caught up with me basically living at the restaurant pushing over 100 hours every two weeks and it's really taking a toll on me... or could it be all the drinking induced from strenuous hours? Who knows... certainly not I!

Regardless... our deck is open which is an additional... what, 200 people in the place at once... all screaming for crap food at once. Needless to say I've had a very big headache and have completely neglected all of Bungie.net for at least two weeks.

But alas I have finally caught up on all of my messages which is at least a relief knowing I don't have a pile of complaints waiting for me that is constantly building. The beast must be fed at least once a day or else it will consume all... true story, no really!

I read somewhere that the first serious signs of a true mental breakdown is thinking your job is really important... and I'm starting to believe that, wholeheartedly.

Now here comes the question... Australia (this year) or a 2008 Volvo S40 2.4i? I'm having a hard time deciding this one because the real kicker is I've found a 2007 in charcoal gray but haven't gotten any details on it. I'm excited to get one of these puppies but there's also ditching my job up here and running off to Australia to work and live for an entire year... decisions, I'm just not sure if it's entirely feasible to do both... damn economy.

I've finally done it... I sat down and beat Mass Effect. Now I'm captivated yet still a little disappointed that it's kind'a like... well that's it for now... While the replay value is there... it's just kind'a like... uh... yeah, how can I skip every cut scene and just power level this crap? Needless to say I am drawn to the storyline and where it's going to in the future... so I will sucker in and buy the second game at least.

I have only been disappointed in minor details but hopefully bioware will man up and realize their faults. We'll just have to wait and see. Now I'm turning my ever short attention span to wishing, praying and sacrifi

cing small animals to make Fable 2 come out.

Anyone else remotely stoked? I mean... c'mon, at least they're giving us co-op! And even more insanely stunning graphics! Okay... fine... I'll love it to pieces anyway!
