Menu - work in progress, updated when I think.

So I get bored from time to time and start to flex my culinary muscles to see what I can come up with or how to theoretically add spice to my otherwise boring town and it's lame ass culinary scene. So here's what I'm thinking so far, maybe they'll make an appearance but probably not. Feel free to comment.

Apps:

Spinach and Artichoke dip on seasoned crustinis

Crab Cake Trio, hand made crab cakes broiled and served with roasted red pepper remoulade

Shrimp cocktail, a different approach to traditional shrimp cocktail. Gulf shrimp sauteed in herbs, garlic, butter and white wine served on top of pineapple salsa.

Salads:

Char grilled chicken over baby greens accompanied by white raisins, grilled peaches, bacon, fontina cheese and drizzled with balsamic dressing.

Smoked salmon with baby greens, goat cheese, pine nuts, cranberries and white balsamic vinaigrette.

Grilled romaine with shrimp, tomato, corn, parmesan-reggiano and topped with classic caesar dressing.

Entrees:

Bone in Ribeye with mango avocado salsa served with polenta cake and vegetable of the day.

Filet Mignon with beet sauce and pomegranate reduction, shoe string french-fries



Frenched Chops with apple fennel slaw, apple jus-lie served with couscous and haircot verts.

Sesame seed encrusted Ahi-Tuna seared medium-rare paired with jasmine rice cake, Asian coleslaw, wasabi-ponzu sauce and mandarin orange compote.

Almond encrusted trout with rosemary and cherry sauce...

Seared Halibut with artichoke hearts, roasted tomatoes, pearl onions and peas tossed in a white wine sauce.

West Indies spice rubbed chicken with apple mango chutney and cilantro. Served with wild rice and broccoli rabe.

Lobster tail broiled in cream and select spices finished with peas, corn, red bliss potatoes and garnished with greens salad. (Sherry Vinaigrette?)
